Aurélie Berland
Performer
Born in 1985, she studied contemporary dance at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP) from which she graduated in 2006 while continuing her studies of history at Paris IV. Since then, she has worked as a performer for various choreographers of the contemporary scene (Daniel Dobbels from 2006 to 2013, Christian and François Ben Aïm from 2007 to 2018, Christine Gérard in 2013 and Nacera Belaza since 2013).
She trained at the CNSMDP in Laban Kinetography from 2011 to 2015 and created the Compagnie Gramma- to develop the uses of dance scores and the system in the fields of transmission, research and creation. She teaches at the University of Strasbourg, the CNSMDP and the Conservatoire du 1er arrondissement de Paris, where she has been a professor of choreographic culture since September 2021.
